BZ is pleased to announce the completion of a financing package, to support Ufenau Capital Partners' (UCP) acquisition of Express Solicitors Group, a UK-based Top 100 law firm, specialising in claimant representation for personal injury cases.
Express Solicitors was founded in 2000, and today the Company employs over 800 staff across three locations, including c.500 qualified solicitors and barristers, offering an integrated service proposition to clients including legal advisory, medical reporting and after-the-event insurance.
BZ’s tailored financing solution provided the flexibility and certainty required to complete the transaction efficiently and position Express for its next phase of growth under UCP’s ownership.
